Vijaya says her favorite method of dealing with stress is going for a run. "Not only [does] it give me an adrenaline rush but also it takes away the stress," she says. "On my day off, I head to the gym for a good two-hour workout session, which includes 45 minutes of running and circuit training."

Vijaya is passionate about swimming and other water activities. "I love going swimming and chilling out at the beach," she says. "I'm a complete water baby and enjoy kayaking and snorkeling, which I did on my trips to Thailand and the Great Barrier Reef in Australia respectively."

Vijaya maintains healthy habits throughout the day. "I begin my day keeping a focus on health to the forefront: methi-infused water and a couple of almonds and walnuts soaked overnight are included in my diet," she says. "That's followed by a black coffee and a healthy breakfast. In the evenings, workout is followed by an early dinner and then after a bit of Netflix, it's time for bed."

Vijaya prefers smaller meals throughout the day. "I'm a complete foodie and absolutely love seafood," she says. "I eat six small meals in a day. I live by myself in the city and have domestic help to cook for me. I cook occasionally, like Thai and chicken curry. I'm a big fan of instant noodles. Since I live away from home, I crave home-cooked food like aloo subzi [spinach] and dal [lentils]."

Vijaya makes sure to take time off from her workouts to let her body rest and recover. "My ideal weekend would involve lying back on a beach, reading, sipping a cocktail and eating some yummy seafood," she says. "And massages, yes."
