San Diego, CA (CelebrityAccess) -– Organizers of the Wonderfront Music & Arts Festival have revealed the lineup for the inaugural edition of the event when it lands in San Diego in November.

The festival which boasts 3 days and seven stages of music, will be headlined by iguel, Slightly Stoopid, Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals, MGMT, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Nicky Jam, Don Omar, Vince Staples, Tyga, Los Angeles Azules, Tucanes de Tijuana, Walk the Moon, Phantogram, X Ambassadors, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Lil Dicky, and Big Gigantic, among numerous others.

Our goal with this lineup was to have it stacked from start to finish each day with great artists. It’s hard to really call any certain bands our so-called headliners as so many lines of bands on this festival are all headliners in their own right,” said Wonderfront co-founder Paul Thornton.

“We’ve had a tough time choosing between so many talented artists across the many genres into the finite number of stage slots available. We also wanted a great mix of artists across the time slots, so that not all the bigger names were just playing at the same later times. We really appreciate the artists that have worked with us to make that possible,” Thornton added.

For skating enthusiasts, the festival will also host Tony Hawk’s Huckjam Stage Wonderfront, with skating exhibitions by Tony Hawk and other professional skaters, as well as musical entertainment from the likes of Pennywise, Suicidal Tendencies, X, Vandals, and DJ Z-Trip.

A number of local venues, including The Belly Up, Music Box, Casbah and RMD Club Group are all participating in the festival as well, and are collaborating with the artist lineup.

“The Belly Up has been an integral part of the San Diego music scene since the 1970s and it makes total sense to be involved with what is truly San Diego’s Music festival. The lineup reflects the cultural mix of who we are and what we like to see and hear and eat and drink. Ernie and Paul have ambitiously come up with a concept and a location that is world class and should be supported by everyone who loves music and San Diego! We’re proud to be part of the Wonderfront Festival for now and years to come,” said Belly Up Entertainment’s Steve Goldberg, Phil Berkovitz and Chris Goldsmith.
