She was raised in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Sarah was very young when she developed an interest in acting and by the age of 6, her parents had hired an agent for her. However, upon realizing the money and effort that was needed, her parents decided to back out and asked her to pursue her passion when she got older.
While in high school, Sarah decided to try pursuing a career in acting once again and eventually got an agent.
She got her first break as an actress with her role as Diane Rowling in the television film Magic Beyond Words in 2011. The same year, she was also cast in her first TV show titled Clue as Whitney.
Her television and film credits include Supernatural, Into the Grizzly Maze, Van Helsing, A.R.C.H.I.E., Riverdale, and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
