(CelebrityAccess) — While the Trans-Siberian Orchestra postponed the live edition of their annual holiday tour for the first time in 20 years, the group announced plans for their first-ever livestreamed event to take place in time for the holidays.
TSO’s ticketed livestream event “Christmas Eve and Other Stories Live In Concert,” will take place on Fri., Dec. 18.
The stream will include a full TSO concert, featuring members of both TSO’s East and West bands who will publicly perform together for the first time since 2000. For the livestream, Bryan Hicks will narrate, and Al Pitrelli (guitar) and Derek Wieland (keyboards) will serve as musical directors.
The livestream band will feature Chris Caffery (guitar), Mee Eun Kim (keyboards), Johnny Lee Middleton (bass), Asha Mevlana (violin), and Jeff Plate (drums). Vocalists will be Russell Allen, Nate Amor, John Brink, Erika Jerry, Chloe Lowery, Georgia Napolitano, and Jeff Scott Soto.
The live stream will also include pre-show content including behind-the-scenes footage and classic interview segments.
Fans will also be able to purchase gift packages, including merch, as well as digital livestream tickets that can be sent as gifts.
